In the sacred spirit of El Día de los Muertos, Soulful Remembrance invites you into a candlelit space of reflection, gratitude, and deep ancestral connection. This workshop is a gentle and powerful journey to honor those who walked before us and to reconnect with the timeless wisdom they left behind.
We will gather in a soft, glowing circle, beginning with grounding breathwork and guided meditation to open the heart and spirit. You are invited to bring images or small mementos of your ancestors to place on a communal altar, creating a sacred space of remembrance and love. Through ceremony, reflection, and mindful practices, we celebrate the lives, lessons, and legacies of those who continue to live within us.
This is more than a workshop — it is a reverent act of honoring, healing, and soulful reconnection. Come ready to remember, to feel, and to light a candle in the name of love that never fades.
