SUP Yoga with Rachel Tice
This slower, Hatha-inspired SUP Yoga class focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, balance, and grounding while gently flowing through supportive postures on the water. Participants are encouraged to honor their personal range of motion while developing greater body awareness, stability, and nervous system relaxation through intentional movement and deep diaphragmatic breathing. The natural movement of the water creates a calming, meditative experience that supports both physical and mental relaxation while remaining approachable for all experience levels.
Registration is required for participation as boards are limited. Registration: Sacred Transcendence at 517-474-0330
Cost: $25 per person, fee includes board rental.
