Each gift certificate is delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. If you don’t receive it, contact our office, and we’ll assist you in getting it to you right away.

Gift certificates can be used toward any service or class offered at Essential Energies. They are perfect for friends, family, or colleagues who deserve a moment of self-care and wellness. Whether it’s a special occasion or just to show someone you care, they’re a wonderful way to offer relaxation and healing.

To redeem, simply show the certificate (either the email or a printed copy) and provide the certificate number and code to the practitioner at the time of service. Don’t worry if the full value isn’t used in one visit—the remaining balance will stay on the certificate for future use, as long as it’s within the 6-month validity period.

Gift Certificate Disclaimer:

Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They may only be redeemed for services or classes provided within the Essential Energies building. Gift certificates cannot be used toward services or events held offsite or with independent practitioners not affiliated with Essential Energies.

Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. If you lose your gift certificate (we understand emails get deleted!), please contact our main office as soon as possible, and we will assist you in replacing it. However, we cannot replace stolen or used certificates, so please treat your gift certificate like cash. If you notice it’s missing, contact our office immediately.

If the full value is not used in a single visit, the remaining balance will stay on the certificate and may be used at a later date, as long as it is within the 6-month validity period.
