What happens to the parts of ourselves we disconnect from during times of fear, overwhelm, trauma, or when we haven’t felt safe enough to fully be ourselves?

In many soul-retrieval traditions, these experiences are explored through the idea of soul loss—the sense that pieces of our vitality, identity, confidence, creativity, or inner knowing can become difficult to access after challenging experiences. Soul Retrieval is an opportunity to intentionally explore those inner spaces and become curious about what may be ready to return, heal, or be understood differently.

Sacred Realms I: The Underworld introduces participants to the symbolic Underworld—the realm associated with going beneath the surface, meeting what has been hidden or forgotten, and seeking the medicine that may be waiting there.

During the workshop, participants will settle comfortably with yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets while learning about different aspects of soul loss. Guided meditation and trance-style journeying, supported by sound healing, will lead participants inward through several journeys designed to explore their own inner landscape. Time for reflection and journaling follows each experience, with the opportunity to share afterward—or simply keep the experience private.

This isn’t about being told what you should find. It’s about becoming curious about what your own inner world may have to show you.

This immersive experience invites you to receive the medicine, wisdom, and support of the North while cultivating a deeper relationship with your spiritual path, honoring those who came before you, and remembering that you are never walking your journey alone.

It is the direction of spiritual awakening, clarity, inspiration, and remembrance, inviting us to see ourselves through the eyes of truth rather than fear. Through guided breathwork, sound healing, sacred journeying, meditation, and reflection, you'll deepen your connection to your inner wisdom while exploring what it means to consciously step into a new chapter of your healing. This immersive experience is an invitation to release outdated identities, integrate the lessons your soul has gathered, and embody a path of greater self-love, purpose, and authentic living as you awaken to the next evolution of your journey.

Inspired by traditional Curanderismo teachings and the sacred wisdom of the cardinal directions, the South represents the beginning of the soul retrieval journey—a place where we cultivate awareness, understand the origins of soul loss, and begin healing the parts of ourselves that have become separated through trauma, fear, grief, or life's challenges.
Throughout this experience, participants will be guided through grounding practices, breathwork, meditation, visualization, and traditional energetic techniques designed to support inner healing and reconnection. Together, we'll explore the Underworld—a sacred inner spiritual landscape of healing, reflection, and transformation—where the parts of ourselves separated through life's experiences can be compassionately acknowledged, lovingly welcomed home, and integrated into our authentic self.
