In the traditions of curanderismo and earth-based healing, the North represents the season of winter, reflection, and sacred integration — a time to gather the pieces of ourselves we’ve reclaimed and weave them into wholeness.
Sacred Integration is a soul retrieval journey unlike any other. It invites you to honor what you’ve learned through life’s cycles — to pause, breathe, and embody your growth. Through guided meditation, grounding rituals, gentle movement, and healing breathwork, we will work with the wisdom of the ancestors and the medicine of stillness to call your spirit fully home.
This workshop is about learning to rest in your truth — to no longer chase healing as something outside yourself, but to integrate it into your daily being. You will be invited to connect with your own inner guidance, release what still feels heavy, and anchor your light deep within your body and spirit.
