Discover the various ways you can open up to healing energies, in this "hands-on" experience. After a brief review of energy, we will be engaging with each other utilizing guided and self-reflective massage table work. This seminar is for people who want to work with family and friends, and are interested in deepening their energy techniques, or interested in starting their own business.

This class will cover a brief review of feeling, connecting, and channeling energy. Breakout groups will learn how to scan and trust what you feel, supported by pendulum work. Multi-hands work will delve deeper into connecting body parts to emotions, and trusting others' perceptions. This is a phenomenal opportunity to work with other gifted people, enhance your energetic skills, and have another healing tool for your tool box.

Coffee, water, tea, and light snacks will be provided. We will have a twenty-minute lunch break, please bring a sack lunch. You will need to bring: a notebook/journal, pens, a pillow and blanket, and non-slip socks or slippers.

General knowledge of energy work or having taken previous energy classes (ex. Reiki 1&2 or Energy 101) is recommended.
