What are the potential benefits?

The goals of some clients may be to work on disordered eating, weight loss, improved health and diet, and curiosity about or implementing a gluten-free, vegan, macrobiotic, or raw diet.

What does a session look like?

These appointments are client led. The goal is to address your concerns and questions about health and diet, from eating habits and hydration to physical activity, and social involvement. It is a whole-body holistic approach. You will address from the food you put in your mouth to the thoughts fueling your body.
