After many years of practicing Yoga, Carol completed her 200 Hour YTT and her Yin Yoga Teacher training in 2019. She began teaching yoga after that. Carol very much wanted to pass on this wonderful practice, to help other people achieve the many benefits from it.
In 2020, she completed a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy course, levels 1 and 2. In 2022, she completed my 500-hour RYT.
As a yoga teacher, Carol focuses on relieving stress, tension, and anxiety, using a peaceful approach, calming mind and body experience, and a safe space.
YIN YOGA is her favorite type of yoga to teach.
