Cost: $15

An upbeat yoga class that will have your heart rate pumping, fat burning, and also target and strengthen those deep core muscles. Socks will be needed for this class!

Power Vinyasa with Yogi Rhonda

Every Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Cost: $50/6 weeks or $12 drop-in

Power yoga is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and attention to breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga and provides good cardio and strength-training workouts.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle flow yoga combines both chair and standing poses. Class is adaptable to meet the needs of all students offers balance and strength postures great for those students who are new to yoga, those overweight, older, or those starting over after a break from fitness.

Slow Flow Yoga
with Rachel Tice

This Class is Available Virtually!
Tuesdays
5:30pm - 6:30pm, Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm,
and Saturdays 8:30am-9:30am

This Hatha Vinyassa class is perfect for Yogis of all stages. In this class, we honor our personal range of motion while listening to our body’s cues to deepen our awareness of self. As we flow through each transition we focus on deep diaphragmatic breathing to aid in muscle repair that helps release our body’s holding patterns. Modifications will be given throughout class with the use of blocks, straps, bolsters, or chairs as needed.


Class pricing: Single class $13, 4 classes $44, 8 classes $88, Unlimited Virtual Classes (monthly) $70

All in-person classes allow for a virtual option if there are snow days or are unable to arrive in person. All virtual class participants will need 2 yoga blocks, a strap, and a blanket.

Candlelight Yoga with Rachel Tice

Destress with this rejuvenating candlelight yoga flow. Intentionally focusing on breath (pranayama) and body placement in each asana. Class will conclude with a guided gratitude meditation to help ease us into the holiday season.

Yoga Nidra/Sankapla Workshop

December 12th, 1:30pm-3:30pm

Cost: By Donation - with 50% of all donations benefiting the Yoga Children's Christmas Program

A restorative practice to settle the body and soothe the soul. A short discussion will include insight on how mindfulness meditation, pranayama, and other yoga practices can provide a method to help us let go of what no longer serves us and support opening our minds to implement positive change. The main focus will be holding Sacred Space for Silence. All are welcome.
