Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm,
and Saturdays 8:30am-9:30am
This Hatha Vinyassa class is perfect for Yogis of all stages. In this class, we honor our personal range of motion while listening to our body’s cues to deepen our awareness of self. As we flow through each transition we focus on deep diaphragmatic breathing to aid in muscle repair that helps release our body’s holding patterns. Modifications will be given throughout class with the use of blocks, straps, bolsters, or chairs as needed.
Class pricing: Single class $13, 4 classes $44, 8 classes $88, Unlimited Virtual Classes (monthly) $70
All in-person classes allow for a virtual option if there are snow days or are unable to arrive in person. All virtual class participants will need 2 yoga blocks, a strap, and a blanket.
