We are very excited that we will be able to host exercise classes once again. However, we do require that all classes be Covid-19 Safe. Masks will be required during the duration of your time in the building and we ask that you stay home if you're feeling sick. Thank you!

Join Carol Gallentine, LMT every Saturday from 11 am - 12 pm for this gentle, but powerful practice. QiGong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical body postures, and breathing techniques with focused intention. Tai Chi can help with balance, coordination, and relaxation.

Carol Gallentine, LMT trained with Edward Yu-Tai Chi, Victor Chao-Internal Energy, El Kronox-form and movement, Paul Lam, M.D.-Tai Chi for Diabetes, and Grand Master Chen Xiaowang- Silk Reeling.

Wear comfortable clothing and NO OUTSIDE SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN THE YOGA ROOM, bare feet, or non-slip slippers/sox.
