irv wells, cht, hypnotherapist

Picture
Hypnosis has been effectively utilized for hundreds and thousands of years to benefit people for a wide range of concerns, including physical, emotional and mental.
I find one of the major questions clients have is, will the Hypno-Therapist be able to get into my head, find out all "my secrets" and give me a suggestion to do something I do not want to do? The answer is an emphatic NO! The individual being hypnotized is always in control and has full control to reveal what they choose and to accept or reject any suggestion. It is imperative that the client and therapist have a mutual relationship of clear, open communication and trust. I firmly believe that each client has the right and should expect that what is discovered during a session is maintained in strict personal confidence. It is true that Therapists discuss issues encountered but never, never are names or situations disclosed that could lead to a clients privacy being revealed. In most all sessions the client hears and remembers the entire session and generally finds additional points of clarity surfacing in the hours and days to follow.
Hypnosis techniques used effectively resolve reoccurring issues creating a more positive and fulfilling life experience.  A natural way to improve your physical, mental, and emotional health!
These are a few things that hypnotherapy can help with.
  • Smoking cessation
  • Weight Management
  • Stress of flying
  • Pain management
