Carol A. Gallentine began her CranioSacral journey in 1995. Since that time she has explored most venues offered by the Upledger Institute. Carol is a TA (Teaching Assistant) and Preceptor (Advanced Teaching Assistant) for the Upledger Institute.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle modality performed on a fully clothed client, lying on a massage table, or in the case of children, sometimes following them move all over the office. CranioSacral Therapy addresses migraines, chronic neck and back pain, motor-coordination impairments, stress and tension related problems, chronic fatigue, central nervous disorders, TMJ problems, learning disabilities, post traumatic stress disorder and many other conditions. Somatoemotional release techniques, using imagery and dialogue helps the client touch into emotions that maybe stuck in their cellular memories or the soma (connective tissue) of their bodies.
Carol trained for Water Therapy in the Bahamas, and had the opportunity to interact with Dolphins during her sessions. It was a life changing experience for her.
If you have any questions regarding this modality, please feel free to call Carol at her office at 517.796.8060. Since CranioSacral Therapy is one of her passions, she would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Reflexology is a science which deals with the principles that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which relate to every organ, gland and other parts of the body. Laurashealingenergies@comcast.net

Usui Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner
Laura’s goal is to help you manifest your own well being, and connect with divine energy and guidance. She is trained in Traditional Usui Reiki, a hands-on healing art helping you to manifest health, vitality and well being. As a shamanic healer Laura will help you connect to your ability to heal yourself at the body, mind, emotional or soul levels.

A typical shamanic healing session with Laura begins with you sharing about yourself with Laura listening.  Once an intention is established, with the client lying on the massage table, Laura would travel within a meditative state to non-ordinary reality to seek resolution from the divine and the spirit world on how to restore balance to your life. She will be guided to cleanse and heal your energy field.  Afterwards you will debrief and be given information for keeping yourself in balance and health.
Laura also teaches classes for Reiki, beginning journeying, getting in touch with your intuition and working with the Sacred Feminine.

Laura owns Laura’s Healing Energies which produces spa eye and neck/body pillows for your relaxation and stress management.
She has a bachelors & masters degree in education and worked as a teacher and professional developer in Jackson for over 20 years.
